Hootless.com

Hootless is a free online support community that is built primarily around “releasing,” but is open to other modalities as well.  Releasing is the technique based on the teachings of Lester Levenson, most commonly known through the schools of the Sedona Method and Release Technique, which Hootless acronyms as SMaRT. There are a lot of free resources on the site, including an active discussion forum and even coaching sessions.

One of the best things about the Hootless organization is the fact that they have free calls every week, where anyone can call in and listen or participate with expert teachers in various healing / inner work methods. They have even had the likes of Larry Crane on their call, always for free. There is also an archive on their site of all calls, making for a rather extensive library.

Of course, you would be best served to have a basic background in releasing before checking out Hootless since most of the members are “releasers” and sometimes the conversation can be rather advanced. However, it is easy to check out free resources from either SM or RT and the Sedona Method book can be purchased on Amazon for literally a few dollars which is very in depth. It is highly recommended to check out one of these practices and then to take advantage of the free resources and community that Hootless provides.
